The Rachael Ray Lasagne Lover pan and Bubble & Brown casserole were gifts to my daughter. She and her husband use them frequently, and have brought them to family get-togethers.

I gave the Rachael Ray Lasagne Lover pan and Bubble and Brown casserole to my daughter as a gift. As it turns out, I really should have given them to her husband, who does more of the cooking.
Nevertheless, these two stoneware pieces are seeing a lot of use at their house and at other social gatherings.
The bright red color is fun and festive.
The handles on both pans are large enough to allow you to get a good strong hold on them, even while wearing oven mitts or using pot holders.
These versatile pans are dishwasher-safe, oven-safe, freezer-safe, and microwave-safe. And they're beautiful serving dishes! For a busy couple with a young son, that convenience is wonderful. Prepare a meal ahead of time, stick it in the freezer, thaw it and stick it in the oven to cook, and serve at the table. Re-heat the leftovers in the microwave. Wash the empty pan in the dishwasher. That versatility makes for a true one-dish meal.
The large rectangular pan is called a lasagne pan, but it's perfect for many other uses as well. Cook any large casserole. Roast a chicken. Load up with steaks from the grill. At 9 x 13 inches, it's huge and holds a lot of food.
At 2 3/4 quarts, the Bubble & Brown casserole is also a very capable piece of cookware. They use it for baking lots of different dishes, and they also use it to serve things like potato salad, coleslaw, fruit salads, and other dishes.
Both of these pans also make a good fruit platter, chip or cracker dish, or other casual serving use.
They have a glazed interior, so foods don't interact, and they clean up easily.
The cons: Partly because of their size but especially because of their shape, these pans are hard to store. They're on the heavy side, especially when filled with some dense, heavy food like lasagne. The lasagne pan can be tricky to cover with aluminum foil. It would have been nice if this dish also came with its own cover.
Overall, these pans are a hit in my daughter's kitchen. They're good quality, versatile stoneware at an affordable price.
